The Glamour Awards are set to premiere in big tertiary institutions by August 2020. The Acting President of The MsuGlamAwards Albert Takudzwa Chigiya Announced on Twitter that the show is growing tremendously in 2020 and will be launched at The University of Zimbabwe, Harare Polytechnic, HIT and Chinhoi University of Technology. Though expectations were raised high for its Harare Premiere on Dec 7, 2019, Fans were crushed when they learned that she show was moved to January 18, 2020, because of the Conflicts between The Glam Network, The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe The National Arts Council as well as Russian Bear South Africa. The Glam Awards accounts were frozen after they had received ZWL 1, 376, 000 as part of a shared holding deal that was signed between Russian Bear South Africa and Glam Network. The Accounts were frozen on the basis that the Network did not follow the correct procedure under the investments act. The Acting Director was also charged with money laundering charges which were letter resolved by IDBZ and RBSA. However, the Network was not granted access to the accounts which forced them to push the date of the show as they were incapacitated to make their Harare Debut. We, however, will still wait for the Harare Show which is the most anticipated ceremony of Jan.
